Archaeological description
Autoptic examination:
Lead weight; thick square shape. Signs of wear and corrosion: chippings; small cuts on the dolphin's head; the frame is flattened on the upper right edge. On the reverse, some large and deep diagonal grooves and small strokes. Diagonal grooves on the right and upper sides, strokes on the left and lower and thin cuts on the lower side. Slightly rounded corners and straight edges. On the obverse, frame and depiction of a dolphin towards the right in low relief. The dolphin has a long dorsal fin and his long beak points to the upper right corner. On the right side of the dolphin, letters in low relief: MN and A on the left side (retrograde inscription).
