Archaeological description
Byzantine glass weight or token; light green colour; raised rim. It presents brown encrustations, especially on the reverse, and a small dent on the rim. On the obverse, it is stamped with a monogram formed by the letters I, A, K, OY and interpreted as the name of the eparch Ἰάκωβος.
