Archaeological description
Square lead weight ; frame ; more or less straight and slightly raised corners. Slight bump on the inferior side. A torch stands between the ethnic (KYZI) and the denomination (MNA) (to the left). The reverse is blank (strokes). Corroded (mostly on the upper right part). Height without relief: 01 cm.
Tekin 2013b: This square lead weight measures 77 x 76 x 7 mm and is 506.1 g in mass; worn and corroded. On the obverse is a long torch to left; above it reads ΚΥΖΙ(κηνῶν) and below it reads ΜΝΑ(ιον); all in relief. As it is stated on the weight it is a mnaion in denomination and its weight corresponds to its mass. The reverse is blank.

Comments on Chronology
Tekin 2013b: May be dated to the 4th-1st centuries B.C. But we have to consider that some weights of Cyzicus may be dated to the Roman Imperial Period, at least to the A.D. 1st century.
