Archaeological description
Square lead weight with slightly raised edges ; little worn and corroded. A torch stands between the ethnic (KYZI) and the denomination (CTA). The reverse is flat and blank. Height without relief: 0,4 cm.
Tekin 2013b: Square lead weight with slightly rounded corners and slightly bevelled edges; measuring 27 x 26 x 3 mm and weighing 22.1 g; worn and patinated. On the obverse is a torch to left; above, ΚΥΖΙ(κηνῶν); below, CTA(τηρον); all in relief. It is a stateron in unit. The reverse of the weight is blank.

Tekin 2013b: Late Hellenistic, 2nd–1st centuries B.C. But we have to consider that some weights of Cyzicus may be dated to the Roman Imperial Period, at least to the A.D. 1st century.
