Archaeological description
Square lead weight, with slightly rounded corners (folded on the obverse's corners). A torch (?) stands between the ethnic (KYZ) ad the denomination (ΔΙC). The reverse is flat and blank.
Tekin 2013b: Square lead weight with slightly rounded corners, measuring 31 x 31 x 4 mm and weighing 43.4 g; worn. On the obverse is a torch to right; above, ΚΥΖ(ικηνῶν); below, ΔΙC(τάτηρον); all in relief. It is a distateron in unit (stater of 21.7 g). The reverse of the weight is blank.

Comments on Chronology
Tekin 2013b: Late Hellenistic, 2nd–1st centuries B.C. But we have to consider that some weights of Cyzicus may be dated to the Roman Imperial Period, at least to the A.D. 1st century.
