Archaeological description
Square bronze weight measuring 33x31x5 mm and weighing 42 grammes ; slightly rounded corners and more or less straight edges ; little worn and little corroded. On the obverse, KYZI and ΔΙCTA  ; between the two inscriptions, tuna fish (to the left) ; all in relief (in particular the tuna's back). The reverse is flat and blank ; few notches. Height without relief: 0,5 cm.
Tekin 2013b: Square bronze weight measuring 32 x 31 x 5 mm and weighing 42.0 g; patinated. On the obverse is a tuna fish to left; above, ΚΥΖΙ(κηνῶν); below, ΔΙCTA(τηρον); all in relief. It is a distateron in unit (statter of 21.0 g). The reverse of the weight is blank.

Comments on Chronology
Tekin 2013b: Late Hellenistic, 2nd–1st centuries B.C. But we have to consider that some weights of Cyzicus may be dated to the Roman Imperial Period, at least to the A.D. 1st century.
