Archaeological description
CPAI III/1: Discoid in form with convex top; patinated. On reverse, slightly incised Ι and Α. If one ignore the incised
letters, its mass corresponds to four-stater (stater of 13.36 g) or ogdoon, i.e. one-eighth of a mna (mna of 427.6 g). Its mass also corresponds to a two-uncia.
