Archaeological description
CPAI III/1: Rectangular in form with rounded corners; loop on top broken away; worn. On the obverse, amphora in relief; circular stamp with amphora (or cult statue?) on the body. The reverse is blank but crushed. Its mass corresponds to a tetarton, i.e. one-fourth of a mna (mna of 395 g).

CPAI III/1: Aegean.
The weight does not carry the ethnic of Myrina, but it was found at Aliağa which corresponds to the territory of ancient Myrina.
Countermark: could it be the macedonian helmet such as on the bronze coins of Alexander the Great?
