Archaeological description
CPAI III/1: Square in form with rounded corners; worn and corroded. On the obverse, half amphora; on the corners (starting from top right corner) Δ-Ε-Μ-Ο(σιον); on right, HM[I]; below, [Τ]; on left, ΡΙ (i. e. HMTPI) which all stands for ἡμίτριτον; all in relief. The reverse is blank. Its mass correspond to a hemitriton or hemitritemorion, i.e. one-sixth of a stater (stater of 852.3 g).
