Archaeological description
CPAI III/2: Square in form with a plain profile; engraved on the top with a herring-bone frame, inlaid with copper, enclosing the denominational mark in ounkia – | (= one-ounkia) and in solidi SOL Ϛ (= six solidi) which is flanked by two trefoil ornament; all double engraved and inlaid with silver. The bottom is blank. It bears double denomination marks, one is a one-ounkia and the other is a six solidi which are identical as unit value. The bottom is blank but file marks. Patinated
