Archaeological description
Tekin 2024: Six-Nomisma. AE 26.20 g, 29x6 mm. Inv. no. 25.41.12. Find place: Ephesus excavation, ARK 806/24 KF8/12. Arkadiane 2012 27.04.2012. Copper alloy, discoid in form with raised rim and centring points on the top and bottom. Engraved and punched on the top with N̊ S which stands for six nomismata (nomisma of 4.36 g) The bottom is blank. It dates to the 4th-7th centuries AD.
