Archaeological description
Tekin 2024: Hemilitron. Pb 167.05 g 39x41x12 mm. Inv. no. 17.15.93. Find place: Bayındır. Acquired in 1993. Lead weight, square in form. On the obverse, ΗΜΙ / ΛΕΙΤ in relief which refers to hemilitron (libra of 334.1 g of ca.13 unciae). The reverse is blank but small cavity. It may be dated to the 1st - 3rd centuries AD.
