Archaeological description
CPAI III/1 : Triangular in form with rounded corners and slightly raised edges. On the obverse, Μ + Ι in relief which stands for Μιλησίων. This monogram composed of the first two letters of the ethnic is also seen on the Hellenistic coins of Miletus and on the Alexanders minted in this city. The reverse is blank. Its mass corresponds to a mna.
