Auction CNG 2020: Lot. 591. ROMAN IMPERIAL. Honorius, with Theodosius II. AD 408-423. Æ Exagium Solidi Weight (16x16mm, 4.33 g, 6h). Diademed and draped facing busts; cross between; traces of D D N N below / Moneta standing left, holding scales and cornucopia; EX to left, AGIV to right; all within pelleted quadrate frame. Cf. Bendall, Weights 5 (for rev.). Earthen green patina, some cleaning scratches. Near VF.
Asolati 2022: Exagia pseudo-imperiali (?) con indicazione esplicita della funzione: Autorità non determinata, prima metà del V secolo d.C., exagiu(m solidi). Zecca non indicata: Gallia (?). D/ DD NN; due busti frontali, affiancati, drappeggiati e corazzati (di stile rozzo). R/ EX–AGIV; Moneta/Aequitas/Iustitia stante a s. con bilancia e cornucopia. a.
