Archaeological description
CPAI III/1 : Roughly square in form with rounded corners; edges are disproportional; incision on one corner; much worn and corroded. On the obverse is a tuna fish to right in relief. No inscription. The reverse is blank. The weight without ethnic but with a tuna fish maybe attributed to Cyzicus since the tuna fish is the civic badge of that city. Its mass corresponds to a triton/tritemorion , i.e. one-third of a mna (mna of 388.05 g) or tetarton, i.e. one-fourth of a mna, mna of 517.4 g.
