Archaeological description
A. Pugliese : « Roman bronze weight in the shape of a truncated double cone. The piece shows few signs of corrosion, with some oxidation marks and coarse surface. On the lower base, there are two rather large dots in relief ; they indicate the denomination of 2 Uncias. The upper base is slightly concave and presents a small, central dot in relief ; there are residues of the inventory label. The diameter of the object is 2.7 cm ; the diameter of the upper base is 1.65 cm and that of the lower base is 1.8 cm. »
