Archaeological description
CPAI II : Rectangular in form (breadboard-like); with a large handle at bottom. On the face, in relief, caduceus with triangle motif at the lower part; at right, ΛΙΤΡΑ all within border of double rows of knobs, the dots of the inner row are larger than the dots of the outer row; on the edge there is a frame formed of short vertical lines. Bottom is blank. Upper left corner broken away. The missing part at corner would bring the mass up about ca. 340/350 g.
