RIB II: Support: Type of object: Weight. Material: Lead. Description: Circular dish-shaped weight of lead in a bronze casing. Dimensions: Diam. 26 mm × H 8 mm × Weight 26.77 gm. Condition: There are central lathe-holes on top and bottom. Site: St Albans (Verulamium). Find context: Found in excavations in Insula XIV. Find date: 1958. Modern location: Now in the Verulamium Museum. Institution: Verulamium Museum: inv. no. unknown. Text field: Placement of text: On the side. Manner of execution: Incised.
