Archaeological description
Autoptic examination;
Lead weight; square shape. Signs of wear and corrosion: chippings, strokes, important lumps and hollows; big groove on the lower left corner which is raised. Straight corners and edges; bympy sides. On the obverse, depiction of a crescent (with only the outlines in relief) and a rosette (with flame-shped petals) in relief. In the corners, letters in light relief: Δ̣ΗΜΟ.
Amandry 1993:
Sixième de mine. Poids carré en plomb. 67,33 g ; L. 0,030. Inv. Bar. 1889-15. Sur l’une des faces, un croissant avec une étoile à 8 branches. Autour, légende [Δ]ΗΜΟ (δημόσιον).
