Archaeological description
Autoptic examination;
Lead weight; square shape. Signs of wear and corrosion: many little cuts (important one on the upper side), chippings and strokes. Straight corners and edges; bumpy sides. The upper right corner and edge are broken (small part is missing). Light frame on both faces. On the obverse, depiction of a dolphin in relief. Around, letters in relief: [Δ]ΗΜΟ.
Amandry 1993:
Mine. Poids carré (un manque dans le coin inférieur droit) en plomb. 405,91 g ; L. 0,057. Inv. Bar. 1889-13. Sur l’une des faces, un dauphin. Autour, légende [Δ]ΗΜΟ (δημόσιον).
