Archaeological description
Autoptic examination:
Lead weight; square shape. Signs of wear and corrosion: chippings; hole (hollow) below the dolphin; greyish. Small strokes on the reverse and the sides. Rounded and slightly raised corners; straight sides. On the obverse, frame and depiction of an horizontal dolphin to the left in relief. Inscription in relief above: ΓΙΤ., and below the dolphin: .ΓΑΝ.
