Archaeological description
Autoptic examination:
Lead weight; circular. Signs of wear and corrosion: chippings; on the reverse, hollows and flaking. On the obverse, depiction of a lion's head to front in high relief. Around the head, small rays in relief (probably the lion's mane).

British Museum: "Lead weight (?); circular; lion's head to front in relief."
LionĀ“s head looks rather like an half-amphora.
