Archaeological description
Autoptic examination:
Lead weight; square shape. Signs of wear and corrosion: chippings; small strokes and one important (with an hollow) on the amphora's body and around. Strokes and lumps on the frame. On the reverse, small lumps, hollows and strokes. The sides are bumpy; cuts and grooves. Rounded and folded corners; concave edges. On the obverse, frame and depiction of an amphora (Panathenaic type III) in relief with a small foot. In the corners (and on the right edge for the iota), letters in relief: ΤΡΙΤΗ.
