Archaeological description
Autoptic examination:
Lead weight; square shape. Signs of wear and corrosion: chippings; hole below the amphora (2-3 mm diameter). The reverse and the sides are slightly bumpy. Rounded, folded and raised corners; straight sides. On the obverse, frame and depiction of an half-amphora (Late Panathenaic type or Panathenaic type III?) in relief with rounded handles. In the corners, retrograde inscription in relief: ΔΗ | ΜΟ (the eta is a bit flattened).
