Archaeological description
Auction CNG 2020: PHOENICIA, Tyre(?). Late Hellenistic to Roman Imperial Period. Cast PB Half Mina Steelyard Weight (53×65×11mm, 222.50 g, 12h). Undated issue. Prow of galley left; all within egg-and-dart frame / Blank. Cf. E&E, Poids 392 and 394. Tan patina, areas of encrustation, some roughness. VF. Overall height and weight include suspension loop originally cast into weight. From the S.M. Collection.
