Archaeological description
Ashmolean Museum: Set of Roman lead weights, 1st - 2nd century AD (AD 1 - 200).
Autoptic examination: Lead weight, disc shape. Signs of wear and corrosion: chippings; light bumps and hollows; strokes on the side. Both faces are slightly hollowed (with a frame?). On one face, deep and fine cut. On the other, small hole in the center with a triangular hollow below it; another one near the edge.
