Archaeological description
Autoptic examination:
Lead weight; rectangular shape. Signs of wear and corrosion: some important strokes, including and under the amphora (some parts are missing). On the reverse and the sides, deep grooves and cuts. Straight corners and edges; the right side is smaller. On the obverse, depiction of an half-amphora (Panathenaic type III?) in relief. The right handle of the amphora is partly erased. On the corners, letters barely legible in relief: Δ[Η]Μ̣[Ο].
British Museum: Lead weight; representation of half a diota; Greek inscription.
