Auction Leu 2020: Seleukis and Pieria. Seleukeia Pieria. Circa 250-100 BC. Weight of 1/2 Mina (Hemimnaion) (Bronze, 80x78 mm, 228.47 g). ΣΕΛΕΥKEION / HMIMNAION Horse walking to right; to lower right, countermark: Seleukid anchor. Rev. Latticework design. CPAI -. Pondera 3504. Extremely rare. A beautiful Seleukid weight with a lovely green patina. Holed for suspension as made and somewhat smoothed, otherwise, very fine.
