Archaeological description
Tekin 2024: Colophon. Triton? Pb 163.55 g, 46x47x8 mm. Inv. no. 2.25.90. Find place: Değirmendere-Colophon. Acquired in 1990. Lead weight, square in form. On the obverse, lyre; at bottom left and right corners, unit mark [Τ] − [Ρ] Triton? (mna of 490.65 g); all in relief. The reverse is blank. The obverse type and find place refer to Colophon. It dates to the Hellenistic period.
