Archaeological description
Autoptic examination:
Lead weight; square shape. Signs of wear and corrosion: chippings and strokes, including on the reliefs; lumps and hollows. On the reverse, groove on the upper right edge. Rounded, raised and folded corners; straight edges. On the obverse, depiction of an astragalus in high relief. In the upper right corner, depiction of a bucranium in relief; the right part is a bit erased. In the left edge, depiction of a club(?) in relief. On the lower edge, inscription in relief: HMIMN.
British Museum: Lead weight; square; Greek letters "HMIMN" in relief; in the centre, an astragalus in relief; in the corners are a bull's head (part of Minotaur) and a club. So called bull´s head could maybe be a prow.
