Auction CNG 2009: Chios. 4th-2nd century BC. PB 5 Minai Weight (2954.02 g). Sphinx seated to left on Chian amphora, ΠENTE above / Blank. Cf. Rochesnard II, p. 71 (for design type); cf. Gorny & Mosch 169, lot 454 (mina); otherwise unpublished. VF, off-white earthen patina, areas of striation due to material loss. Very rare.
