Auction Roma 2019: Attica, Athens Uniface PB Ounce(?) Weight. Circa 4th century BC(?). Head of Athena right, wearing crested Attic helmet ornamented with three olive leaves above visor and spiral palmette on bowl / Blank. Cf. Forien de Rochesnard II, p. 3 (System Attique). 28.82g, 27mm. About Very Fine. Very Rare. Conforming approximately to the Attic weight system identified by Forien de Rochesnard, this piece is an ounce weight, or 1/12 of a mina. From a private North American collection.
