Archaeological description
Autoptic examination:
Lead weight; square shape. Signs of wear and corrosion: chippings; bumps and hollows; big part of the weight is missing on the lower left corner on the reverse (broken with a hollow); the lower left corner on the obverse is slightly broken too (small part is missing); small strokes, big ones with hollows on the dolphin and on the upper side. Slightly rounded corners and edges; straight sides. On the obverse, frame and depiction of dolphin to the right in relief. Straight body; dorsal fin; raised and forked tail; beak in the lower right corner. Above and below the dolphin, letters in relief: MN A.
