BnF: Poids grec. Athènes. Bronze. L. 2 cm ; l. 2 cm ; épaisseur 0,67 cm; Poids: 21,80 gr. A☉HNA/IΩΝ. Revers: ΔHMOΣ/ION/˹Γ˺
Hirsch 1909: Im Avers vertiefte Schrift: ΑΘΗΝΑ ΙΩΝ Rv: ΔΗΟΣ ΙΟΝ, 𐅃· (der Mitte zu). Fehlt Pernice. Mm. 31/21. gr. 21,25. Bronze Athenisches Fünf-Drachmenstück. Sehr schön u. sehr selten.
Autoptic examination: Bronze weight, square shape. Signs of wear and corrosion: chippings; very light bumps and hollows. Straight corners, edges and sides. On the obverse, incised letters on two edges (upper and right?): ΑΘΗΝΑ ΙΩΝ. On the reverse, incised lettters on the two other edges (lower and left?): ΔΗΜΟΣ ΙΟΝ. Tag on the reverse.
