Archaeological description
Autoptic examination:
Christian Byzantine weight in bronze; square shape. It shows signs of corrosion, with typical green patina and incrustations, particularly on the verso. The recto is decorated with dot-and-line arabesques, and an incised square; inside the latter, are the letters Γ Γ, indicating the denomination of three ounces. The verso is plain.
