Archaeological description
Autoptic examination:
Roman marble weight in the shape of a truncated sphere; beige colour, with dark and green veins. It is in good conditions, except for a large dent on the edge of the lower base; the edges of both bases are well defined. The body is not perfectly symmetrical, so that its height measures 2.3 cm from one side, and 2 cm from the opposite side. The diameter of the sphere is 4.7 cm; the diameter of the lower base is 4.2 cm and that of the upper base is 3.8 cm.
