Auction Roma 2015: Lot 866. Leo I Æ Exagium Solidi. AD 457-474. Diademed and draped bust right / Leonis monogram. Cf. Bendall, Weights 16 (facing bust). 1.46g, 11mm, 6h. Good Very Fine. Apparently unique exagium for Leo, which are otherwise known with frontal facing heads.
